Hi Jim,
Just want to thank you both for the experience I had last week. I cannot say enough about the people from Treatment Solutions 411, their hospitality, warmth and caring nature was just incredible. I was able to talk with many of the people that attended the convention and after telling them a bit about us and what we are trying to do, each and every one of them said that you need to hook up with Jim. That's a wonderful testimonial to what you have done over the years, that your reputation is impeccable and that you stand by what you say.
We are excited to meet with you. I am just so pleased that Jim would like to come out and speak to the board. I mentioned that I could call a special meeting the next time someone is in the Connecticut area rather than have your people make a special trip. As it stands now, our next Board of Directors meeting is Wednesday, May 9th and if someone would like to attend we will schedule you to speak as soon as we begin at 7PM. Let me know.
Just wanted to let you know how happy we are having Santo represent our area. He is so good at what he does. His willingness to help people is amazing as he goes over and beyond what I'm sure he job should encompass. Your employees were also very helpful and very professional. You guys have done an excellent job recruiting and getting the best people to represent your organization.
Thank you again for the wonderful dinners and allowing me to attend your conference. You'll have to give me some notice on the next one since I talked to several of the therapists that we work with and they are interested in your next convention.
You did a great job!!!!!!!
Dorrie
I want to thank Jim Bevell, and the entire Treatment Solutions Network team for the excellent Back to Basics conference in Atlantic City. It was refreshing to hear from front-line EAPs, medical doctors and clinicians with their diverse offerings. In speaking with several peers at the conference, we agreed that this was a very worthwhile event particularly with regard to EAP core issues and topics. It seems that many of the presentations at EAPA conferences, both local and national, are often theoretical and cerebral, while these presentations were pragmatic and hands on making them useful in our everyday jobs.
The accommodations and services provided by the hotel were fine and I thought the lunches were especially good. Everything was handled professionally and personally, from check in to check out.
Iris and Jessica outdid themselves in treating us to dinner at Buddakhan. I'm not sure what they'll do for an encore performance but I'd like to be there for it.
Thanks again for a truly outstanding experience. If you wouldn't mind, please forward this to your team as they all worked hard to make this event special and deserve the appreciation and accolades.
Best,
J. Michael Head, LPC, LCADC, CEAP, NCC

This letter is written on behalf of Treatment Solutions Network and Park Bench Group Counseling. I have been working with the facility named above treatment team since 3/12/2007. I have found the staff to be professional, responsive, progressive and sensitive working with clients and providers/counselors coordinating treatment for others like myself. I highly recommend the Treatment Solutions and Park Bench Group for the treatment needs of the Chemically Dependent and Dual Diagnosed clients

Dear Vinny,
I cannot begin to thank you enough for your involvement in the intervention with my son in law on Sunday. I know that this is what you do for a living and it’s certainly God-ordained and a ministry whereby he is using you to help save so many hurting people. I truly feel that your presence, wisdom and guidance were crucial in persuading my son in law of his urgent need to get himself help. Praise the Lordfor answering our prayers! I know that each day forward (during and after treatment) will be a journey and one that we will deal with as it unfolds. I am so thankful that we were referred to you.
Please know that this is only “day2” in treatment and today Jason called Kristin. He thanked her “for not allowing him to keep going” and that he acknowledged that he would “probably be there for a while”. She told him that she would do certain chores in the yard and around the house and he indicated that she could leave that for him to do since he was “going to have a lot of time when he returned”. She was in tears while she recounted the 8 minute conversation. Most of their phone calls prior had lasted a matter of seconds with bitter words and ugliness back and forth, so this is a major testimony!
Well I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for Sunday. I had been dreading the confrontation but knew it was worth it. I wish you and your family the Lord’s best in life. Please realize the gravity of your position and how you are a true blessing to so many of us because of your own testimony and how you turned your life around to help others. You are worth every dollar you are paid.
Thanks again Vinny. We appreciate all that you have done for us in this process of helping others.
Sincerely,
Paula W.
I wanted to take the time to thank you for your quick response to my family crisis. I am so impressed and completely thankful for all that you did in getting my brother into a treatment program. Besides your having made all of the necessary arrangements you have given my family a sense of hope that my brother can be saved. I wish I could say more than just thank you. Your help in this matter means more to us than you will ever know.
Thank you so much,
Diana Robinson
I wanted to thank you for your referral and help in finding Jim Bevell. Many months ago I spoke to Jim (actually in February) and his kindness and generosity was overwhelming. I was disappointed that I couldn't get Chelsea to even consider his program. About one month ago, Chelsea an her boyfriend got on a bus and went to Miami. Same lifestyle, just a change of venue. I was heartbroken when she called me to tell me I'm in Miami. "Oh and by the way, mom I don't have any money, please send some." I did not send money.
There is much good news today....it's a long story, which I would like to share with you, but on Tuesday I called Jim and reminded him of who I was and how you had referred me to him. Jim sent a car to pick up Chelsea. Last night she called me to tell me that the place was wonderful. It's been two days and I know that there are many more days ahead of all of us, but right now it's one day at a time; sometimes one hour at a time works well also!
Danny, meeting you last November is a day I will never forget. You taught me that anything is possible, with patience, focus and belief in my higher power. Today I am a grateful member of Al-A-Non, full of hope and strength and lots of experience. The impact that you had on my life and self-growth is so huge, that words cannot describe by gratitude. I am a stronger person because of your direction and guidance. I want to very much connect with you and share my story of experience, strength and hope, and hope that you'll return my call that I left earlier today.
I remember what you said to me on that Friday morning when we met at the clubhouse at 9:00. You told me from that day forward everything will be different. Truer words were never spoken.
I offer my services to you to speak to moms and dads whose lives have been turned upside down by their children's addictions.
