Selecting, purchasing and watching a video workshop

1. 1. Select the workshop you wish to purchase
2. 2. Use the add to cart button to place it in your shopping cart
3. 3. Select the checkout button
4. 4. Create a new account by entering your details as requested by the form. Or log in with you existing account credentials
5. 5. Follow the steps in the checkout process including entering your credit card information for payment
6. 6. At the checkout success screen download the accompanying power point presentation to the workshop you purchased if desired
7. 7. Go to Your Account and select your most recent order
8. 8. View the video on the link from your order detail page
9. 9. follow the link to take the quiz on the video page (Adobe Flash Player required. Click here to get it free.)
10. 10. Pass the quiz with a %70 or better and get your certificate!

Receiveing your certificate

Treatment Solutions network is a National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) Approved Education Provider (provider #507) and has met the nationally approved standards of education for alcoholism and drug abuse counselors. CEUs provided through this program will be accepted toward national credentialing by the NAADAC Certification Commission and also by many of the individual state licensing/certification bodies. 1. CREDIT DESIGNATION AND COURSE REQUIREMENTS
These programs have been designated for a maximum of 1.5 CEUs representing approximately two total hours of contact time.
Total contact time includes the following activities expected of each student claiming CEU credit:
* Viewing the main presentation in full for an overview of the material presented in a logical flow.
* Reviewing and studying slides from the presentation as needed to understand the material and pass the knowledge tests. You should expect to spend more time reviewing and studying as you do first viewing the presentations from start-to-finish.
* Taking knowledge tests (see below).
* Completing the Course Evaluation Survey. To assist us in evaluating the effectiveness of this activity and selecting future educational offerings, please take a few minutes to complete this evaluation form.
2. KNOWLEDGE TESTS
The knowledge tests cover all content of the main presentation(s). These tests must be passed with 70% or more correct answers in order to receive your participation certificates. you can find your knowledge tests located in your order. 3. COMPLETION CERTIFICATES
After you have completed the knowledge test and received a %70 score or better your certificate will be available in your quiz account located at http://www.treatmentsolutionsnetwork.com/store/quiz/reports-manager.php
