Treatment Solutions Network exists solely to help individuals who need treatment with drug or alcohol dependency and co-occurring disorders. Our concern and compassion draw on the experiences of some members of our staff that have dealt with their own addictions.
Your Treatment Solutions Network caseworker will find the best option for you or your client's specific needs and will provide treatment and payment solutions to take the guesswork out of the process. No longer will you find the ideal facility only to discover you cannot afford the treatment.
Relationships with our network of treatment centers usually allow us to work out a payment schedule to meet any individual's needs. If clients are self-pay, we can often find funding to subsidize payment for treatment.
We're available 24/7 to support your treatment, work with your treatment center and help family members who are suffering from your addiction.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY Mark came to South FL in search of the "28 day vacation" and found his calling, he has been with Treatment Solutions Network since our inception. His 8 years of admissions placement and call center management experience prior to his employ with us has been beneficial to our success. His own personal journey of recovery fuels his passion which is evident in his work. As an active member of the 12 Step Fellowship he remains humble as a father, faithful as a friend and dedicated as an employee. His organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities makes him well suited for managing the front lines of our operations. He is presently pursuing degrees in both business administration and management as well as his C.A.S. accreditation.
Juan has over 20 years experience in the substance abuse treatment field and is in charge of developing new protocols and projects such as the P.O.W.E.R. initiative for Treatment Solutions Network. Juan also provides clinical support in client contacts, referral contacts, facility clinical staff, and company systems.
He has a master's degree in psychology. Also, he completed the course work of a doctoral program, in clinical psychology, and wrote a doctoral level dissertation that outlines a system of psychotherapy founded on the latest research in the field of evolutionary psychology and the cutting-edge body of research in the functioning of the unconscious mind.
However, his true education is grounded in the Human Potential Movement. The HPM arose during the 1960's. A movement that existed in the boundary of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality.
This movement attracted mavericks from academia, teachers of spiritual traditions, and artists, poets, and world free-thinkers to its Mecca, Esalen Institute, in Northern California. Juan's mentor, John Heider, was a leader, and teacher, there. Juan's work continues this tradition.
If we were to mention all of the wonderful things Melvin Stokes has done for the recovery community and humanity in general, this bio would turn into a novel. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Melvin fought for and earned everything he has including his Masters Degree from Lincoln University. Surviving the streets of Philly and earning a Masters are certainly amazing accomplishments; however, Melvin Stokes has been clean and sober for the past 24 years and that puts him in an elite group.
All of the aforementioned details about Mr. Stokes are what make him the absolute perfect choice to act as the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Executive Director of TSN's latest network addition, the Leading Edge Recovery Center in Hamilton, New Jersey. There he will be responsible for the overall planning, development and management of the facility.
Currently, Melvin also sits on the board for both "Women United Together" and the "Byron Story Foundation" and has acted as a consultant on several projects benefiting various truancy programs, Homeless Women & Children Supportive Housing and GLTB Transitional Housing, just to name a few.
Between the entire TSN team and Melvin's wife, 2 daughters, 1 son and 11 grandchildren, one thing is certain, he has a lot of people that are proud to call him family
Reed comes to Treatment Solutions Network with nearly 15 years of upper management experience and which made him a natural fit for the role of Operations Manager. In the world of recovery, these attributes all make Reed the ideal manager.
An avid golfer and diver, Reed was born in New York State but has lived throughout the United States over the years. That is exactly what Reed has done along the way and Treatment Solutions Network is grateful to have Reed and his well-rounded skill set as part of our team.

Hailing from New Bedford, Massachusetts, Steven Miranda comes to Treatment Solutions with the work experience and life history of an American hero, and we are truly grateful to have him aboard.
Steve recently retired from the Massachusetts Department of Corrections where he spent the last 22 years of his life pioneering new programs and saving lives as the Director of their Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program services 5,200 employees, family members and retirees. As a loyal member of the Massachusetts Correction Officers Federated Union (MCOFU), Steve knows a thing or two about solidarity and brotherhood, which makes him a perfect fit for the Treatment Solutions philosophy.
While Steve's exemplary work record, countless work-related accolades and commitment to serving his fellow man are indicative of his character; it is his commitment to family that makes him that much more special. While a great deal of his passion for helping others battle addiction comes from his heart, the fact that he lost his brother to addiction has made him a superhero for the cause. This drive is exactly why Treatment Solutions entrusted Steve with the task of bringing the Treatment Solutions tools to professionals throughout the United States.
Widely known as a wonderful husband, father, coach and over the hill athlete, Steve has been happily married for over 18 years with two incredible kids, Steve Miranda is an exceptional addition to the team and we are lucky to have him.
Reinhard Straub is a modern Renaissance man and a beautiful edition to the Treatment Solutions Network. Born in Austria and raised in Burlington, VT, Reinhard has been around the world soaking up experience and sharing it along the way, which makes Treatment Solutions fortunate to have him as our New England treatment consultant.
Aside from 20 years of clinical experience with addiction, Reinhard somehow found time to impact the world in other magnanimous ways as well. Reinhard began as a classical trained violinist until he pioneered the use of the electric violin. It was then that his rock music roots were planted. Reinhard took the violin to the next level and enjoyed the fame that went with being a celebrity- also enjoyed the addiction.
It was during this time that Reinhard not only experimented with and became prolific with visual art, but he also experimented with and perfected his prolific use of drugs and alcohol. As with most who hone their addiction skills, Reinhard hit a bottom and fortunately began to rebuild himself in sobriety.
Reinhard has lived many lifetimes and has brought all of that knowledge to Treatment Solutions. With 3 amazing children of his own, Reinhard gets the importance of family, which is a cornerstone at Treatment Solutions. We are grateful to have him and look forward to seeing this new chapter of Reinhard's life unfold.
Like some of Treatment Solutions' most influential executives, Deborah Casale was born and raised in Rhode Island, where there is no shortage of amazing people. Deborah is one of those individuals that will go to any length to help someone in need, which is why she is a perfect fit for the Treatment Solutions Network.
Deborah's humility is a beautiful thing and the fact that she brings that quality to everything she does makes her a powerful force in the field of addiction. While teachable, Deborah is working to add to her list of certificates by pursuing her LADC, so she can continue to give the help and support back to the community that saved her life.
With 3 children and 2 grandchildren, Deborah's passion for family is rivaled only by her passion for helping the sick and less fortunate. Her life is consumed by 'giving back' so free time is difficult to imagine, however, on those rare days when she gets some personal time, you will probably find Deborah meditating along the beach. We are happy to have her.

At this facility, Michael became a student of the co-occurring dynamic by excelling at positions like Lead Residential Counselor, Client Care Manager, and finally Director of the facility's Intensive Outpatient program.
