Our Staff

Treatment Solutions Network exists solely to help individuals who need treatment with drug or alcohol dependency and co-occurring disorders. Our concern and compassion draw on the experiences of some members of our staff that have dealt with their own addictions.

Your TSN caseworker will find the best option for you or your client's specific needs and will provide treatment and payment solutions to take the guesswork out of the process. No longer will you find the ideal facility only to discover you cannot afford the treatment.

Relationships with our network of treatment centers usually allow us to work out a payment schedule to meet any individual's needs. If clients are self-pay, we can often find funding to subsidize payment for treatment.

We're available 24/7 to support your treatment, work with your treatment center and help family members who are suffering from your addiction.

Jim Bevell - President and C.E.O.

Jim guides TSN with a philosophy of,  "do the right thing and the right things will happen." Jim is married and has a daughter. Read more from Jim here.

However, his true education is grounded in the Human Potential Movement. The HPM arose during the 1960's. A movement that existed in the boundary of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality.
This movement attracted mavericks from academia, teachers of spiritual traditions, and artists, poets, and world free-thinkers to its Mecca, Esalen Institute, in Northern California. Juan's mentor, John Heider, was a leader, and teacher, there. Juan's work continues this tradition.

Reed Shandoff - Vice President of Operations

Reed Shandoff Reed comes to Treatment Solutions Network with nearly 15 years of upper management experience and which made him a natural fit for the role of Operations Manager. In the world of recovery, these attributes all make Reed the ideal manager.
An avid golfer and diver, Reed was born in New York State but has lived throughout the United States over the years. In spite of the fact that he may have moved quite a bit over the years, Reed's family had strong business acumen and instilled in him the skills necessary to take a little something from everywhere and apply it to your business. That is exactly what Reed has done along the way and Treatment Solutions Network is grateful to have Reed and his well-rounded skill set as part of our team.

Reinhard "Rhino" Straub - New England Treatment Consultant

Born in Austria and raised in Burlington, VT, Reinhard has been around the world soaking up experience and sharing it along the way, which makes Treatment Solutions fortunate to have him as our New England treatment consultant.
Aside from 20 years of clinical experience with addiction, Reinhard somehow found time to impact the world in other magnanimous ways as well. Reinhard began as a classical trained violinist until he pioneered the use of the electric violin. It was then that his rock music roots were planted. Reinhard took the violin to the next level and enjoyed the fame that went with being a celebrity…he also enjoyed the addiction.
It was during this time that Reinhard not only experimented with and became prolific with visual art, but he also experimented with and perfected his prolific use of drugs and alcohol. As with most who hone their addiction skills, Reinhard hit a bottom and fortunately began to rebuild himself in sobriety.
Reinhard has lived many lifetimes and has brought all of that knowledge to Treatment Solutions. With 3 amazing children of his own, Reinhard gets the importance of family, which is a cornerstone at Treatment Solutions. We are grateful to have him and look forward to seeing this new chapter of Reinhard's life unfold.

While teachable, Deborah is working to add to her list of certificates by pursuing her LADC, so she can continue to give the help and support back to the community that saved her life.
With 3 children and 2 grandchildren, Deborah's passion for family is rivaled only by her passion for helping the sick and less fortunate.
