Our Staff
Treatment Solutions Network exists solely to help individuals who need treatment with drug or alcohol dependency and co-occurring disorders. Our concern and compassion draw on the experiences of some members of our staff that have dealt with their own addictions.
Your Treatment Solutions Network caseworker will find the best option for you or your client's specific needs and will provide treatment and payment solutions to take the guesswork out of the process. No longer will you find the ideal facility only to discover you cannot afford the treatment.
Relationships with our network of treatment centers usually allow us to work out a payment schedule to meet any individual's needs. If clients are self-pay, we can often find funding to subsidize payment for treatment.
We're available 24/7 to support your treatment, work with your treatment center and help family members who are suffering from your addiction.
Jim Bevell - President and C.E.O.
Jim is a proudly recovering addict who has run many successful businesses. He knows first hand that addicts don't only come from back alleys and shelters. Jim has struggled with serious addiction problems throughout an outwardly viewed "successful life" and is proud to be clean and sober today so he is able to spread the good news of recovery to everybody he meets. Jim guides Treatment Solutions Network with a philosophy of, "do the right thing and the right things will happen." Jim is married and the proud father of two. Read more from Jim here.
Michael J. Blackburn - Senior Vice President of Business Development
Michael is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Level 1 , Labor Assistance Professional-Certified, Substance Abuse Professional, and is Certified in Acute Traumatic Stress Management. Mike retired from the Providence, RI, Fire Department with the rank of Battalion Chief. He also is a proud, dues paying member of the Rhode Island Fire/Police Union. Mike is an accomplished and ambitious individual who has a passion for reaching out to people who are suffering from addiction or mental illness. He says, "It's not just the gift of recovery, but sharing that gift with others, that is the true blessing."
Reed Shandoff - Chief Operating Officer
Reed comes to us with an extensive management background that has allowed him to climb the corporate ladder here at Treatment Solutions Network. His inherent leadership aptitude enables him to manage with poise and understanding. He holds himself to the highest standards, ethically and morally. Discipline, judgment, dependability, integrity, unselfishness, loyalty, determination and respect for others were all attributes that were instilled early in his life. These attributes all emanate from his time in the United States Marine Corps and from his family. Reed was born in New York, but has lived and worked all over the United States. He is a genuine family man, living in sunny south Florida with his beautiful wife and daughter. He loves the outdoors and enjoys boating, fishing, diving and occasionally disfiguring a golf course. Treatment Solutions Network is very proud to have Reed Shandoff as its Chief Operating Officer. Reed’s devotion to the company’s vision is unmistakable and will be instrumental to our continued success!

Eva Ugarte - Vice President of Clinical Oversight
Eva is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). She has a master's degree in mental health counseling and is a certified traumatologist and certified clinical sexologist. She has over eight years of experience, as a therapist and in the mental health field. She has been involved with the nonprofit sector for years, passionately working with victims of trauma, domestic violence, and individuals with co-occurring disorders. Being a native from Europe, she is proficient in Spanish and German.
Jared Moré - Vice President of Multimedia Marketing
Born in Houston, Texas and raised in Connecticut, Jared Moré perfectly embodies the statement - the eyes and ears of the institution. Treatment Solutions Network's very own Wizard of OZ, Jared is the most important team member you will never see. His domain exists online for Treatment Solutions Network and his guidance over the years has led this company to not only pioneer new online technology, but also to create new revenue opportunities through the corporate website.
With over 15 years of ground-breaking internet development experience, Jared is the perfect VP of Multimedia Marketing, where he has excelled at search engine optimization, advertising campaign publishing and tracking, and conversion optimization. Jared is responsible for Treatment Solutions Network's industry leading website and everything that comes with it.
Passionate about spreading the message of hope and recovery throughout cyberspace and beyond, it is Jared's ability to find balance that makes him so effective. Jared is able to oversee everything his team does and still find time to be an amazing father to his daughter and partner to his longtime girlfriend. We are all grateful to have him on our team.
Fred Sauer - Vice President of Utilization Review
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Fred made it a point of not only exploring this country, but also made it a point to visit as many foreign countries as he could. A true student of the world, Fred has studied from Kansas to Rome and continues his pursuit of knowledge to this day. With a Master's Degree in Chemical Dependency and a Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Counseling, Fred brings some impressive tools to Treatment Solutions Network.
As Vice President of Utilization Review, Fred will need to use all of his accumulated skills to make sure Treatment Solutions Network's clients receive the highest level of clinical care provided by their insurance companies. Fred's impressive skill set provides him with the tools necessary to help clients take that exceptional clinical care and build a strong foundation for recovery.
Fred's vast experience and unwavering will to learn make him an ideal fit for Treatment Solutions Network. He comes from a family filled with givers, his father was a career Naval Officer, and we are grateful that we have been given the opportunity to work with Fred.
Adriana Barrios-Gomez - Human Resources Manager
Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in West New York, New Jersey, Adriana comes to Treatment Solutions Network with a host of personal and professional skills that make her an ideal fit for Treatment Solutions Network on several levels. With over a decade of human resources experience at the corporate level, Adriana is a tremendous asset as HR Manager and will make sure Treatment Solutions Network runs efficiently.
Aside from her human resources field experience, Adriana is also an incredibly well rounded individual, which brings several positive dimensions to her role as HR Manager. Adriana earned her college degree from Farleigh Dickinson University and Upsala College, which is impressive, however, it is her role as a mother that makes her so special. Adriana actually worked her way through school while working and raising her children – that is someone who has a gift for managing human resources.
Adriana is actively involved with Habitat For Humanity, PETA and the YMCA, which shows her will to help those around her, but it is her ability to take charge and run a tight ship that made her a natural fit for the Treatment Solutions Network family.
Char Musillo - Director of Assessment and Placement
Born in Ocean City, New Jersey and raised in Satellite Beach, Florida, Char Musillo comes to Treatment Solutions Network with an exceptional background in a variety of areas from health & wellness to the martial arts - and everything in between. Char will be serving as the Director of Assessment and Placement for Treatment Solutions Network. Char comes on board more than qualified for the job. He has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Char has also worked very hard to become a world-class Karate and Kung fu instructor.
Equal to his professional achievements Char has also made many community contributions as well. Char founded Status Kungfu Sphere in Orlando, Fl. and also ran the Tech Booth at Status Church. Char also served as a Case Manager for the Addiction’s Receiving Facility at the Juvenile Assessment Center in Orlando while doing an intern for his Master’s in Clinical Social Work at UCF in 2000, though Char eventually switched to an MBA degree, his roots in social work and the compassion he learned in that field have benefitted Treatment Solutions Network.
Char enjoys staying active and has also run several charity 5k’s. Char served as Associate Producer for 21st Century Health, a show hosted by former Secretary of State General Alexander Haig.
Treatment Solutions Network gravitates toward the most well-rounded individuals and Char is no exception. His addiction industry background coupled with over a decade of management experience prove that Char is a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network; however, it is Char's dependability, intense focus and appreciation for family that makes him a perfect addition to our community.
Brendan Bickley - Regional Executive Director
Born and raised in Malibu, California, Brendan Bickley comes to Treatment Solutions Network with an extraordinary skillset. Aside from his impressive University of California, Irvine education, and doctoral training in clinical psychology, Brendan is also an accomplished creative executive, actor and television producer. Brendan Bickley is considered one of the leading experts in the field of combining addiction treatment with college education and drug rehab program development. He was the co-creator of the first program ever to combine treatment with higher education. He graduated from the University of California Irvine with honors, including Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key International Honor Society. He has been featured on national radio and print media as one of the most experienced experts in the field of addiction treatment and is the counselor of choice for many Hollywood celebrities. He holds an Associates in Science degree in Drug & Alcohol Studies, and bachelors degree in Criminology, Law & Society and Psychology and currently a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. He is a licensed California Drug & Alcohol Counselor Level II, a licensed Clinical Supervisor and is certified in treating Eating Disorders. His experience certainly helped hone the tools necessary for him to be a successful Regional Executive Director for Treatment Solutions Network.
While his professional accomplishments are beyond notable, it is his personal journey through addiction that makes Brendan such a perfect addition to the TSN team. Sober since 1997, Brendan has touched countless lives and continues to share his experience in an effort to help those struggling with addiction find their way back to a healthy path.
Brendan has worked with several top-notch recovery programs over the years but he has found a home at Treatment Solutions Network and we’re happy to have him on the team.
Leah Gastanga - Executive Assistant to the CEO
Born in New York and raised in Florida, Leah comes to Treatment Solutions Network with an impressive blend of academic excellence and life experience, which makes her an asset to Treatment Solutions Network on several levels. Leah is a perfect fit for her role as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
While Leah's experience in the field of recovery is just beginning, it is her ability to persevere and make critical decisions that made her a natural fit for Treatment Solutions Network. Leah earned her BA in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and attended law school before changing direction to follow her passion - she is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology.
With a solid handle on her own sobriety, Leah knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to go after it, which is why we are thrilled to have her on the team.
Lindsey Harris - Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Jupiter, Florida, Lindsey Harris comes to Treatment Solutions with a host of personal and professional skills that make her helpful to Treatment Solutions Network on several levels and throughout several departments. Lindsey is a perfect fit for her role as an Administrative Assistant for Treatment Solutions Network, where she will undoubtedly be keeping the entire team in line.
While Lindsey's experience in the field of recovery is just beginning, it is her ability to persevere through tough times that made her a natural choice to join Treatment Solutions Network. While the recession hit everyone hard, Lindsey worked her way through the most difficult times and has found herself back on top. She is a survivor.
Lindsey has roots throughout Canada and New York but her heart is in Florida. We are happy to have her aboard.
Anna Racicot - Insurance Verifier
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Wilton Manors, Florida, Anna Racicot comes to Treatment Solutions Network with a multitude of life and professional skills that make her helpful to Treatment Solutions Network on several levels. With her ability to exercise extreme focus and bring the best out in everyone she deals with, Anna is a perfect fit for her role as Insurance Verifier for Treatment Solutions Network, where she will undoubtedly be using her multifaceted skill-set to accomplish the task at hand.
Anna's experience in the fields of recovery and wellness more than qualify her for the job - her personal long-term sobriety is more than impressive but when you factor in the notion that she is a long-standing member of the Wilton Manors Kiwanis Club and the owner of a successful massage practice, it is easy to understand why she was an easy choice for the job.
If that weren't enough, Anna has two beautiful children and is a highly qualified life coach. Treatment Solutions Network is proud to have Anna aboard.
John Raymond - Utilization Reviewer
Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and raised in Davie, Florida, John Raymond personifies the notion of walking the walk and talking the talk.
While John received most of his academic credits on the streets Florida, he has earned his CAC, BRI-1 by putting his nose to the grindstone and committing to helping addicts find a better way. With over 11 years of personal sobriety, it's safe to say that John is well qualified to be as confident as he is. It is his confidence that made him a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network's Utilization Review Department.
When dealing with insurance companies to ensure that Treatment Solutions Network patients are receiving the highest level of clinical care, one better have self-confidence and John has enough for the whole team. As a husband and proud father of 2 young children, John brings everything to table and is an amazing addition to our family
Juan Morales - Utilization Reviewer
Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida, Juan Morales is no stranger to adversity and fighting for the truth, which makes him a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network's Utilization Review Department as Utilization Review Assistant. Juan works with insurance companies to ensure that Treatment Solutions Network patients are receiving the highest level of clinical care and his 27 years experience in psychology and16 years in the Utilization Review field make him a huge asset to our team.
Active in the GLBT community with his life partner of 10 years, Juan is driven and willing to fight for what is right, which is why we are grateful to have him fighting for our patients at Treatment Solutions Network. Juan lives with his partner David and their son Dean.
Terri Shultz - Client Advocate Liaison
Born and raised in Michigan, Terri joins our team with a well-formed skill set that affords her the opportunity to excel in many areas. While Terri was educated in Florida and received her LPN, it is the life experience she has picked up along the way, which makes her a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network.
Between her own recovery and experience as a medical professional, Terri has gained extensive experience dealing with addiction. Her respect for life, appreciation for second chances and love of family are just some of the reasons Terri has the ability to lead others to sobriety.
It is this comprehensive human understanding that makes Terri an ideal Client Advocate Liaison for Treatment Solutions Network. In this role Terri will be able to help others find the right path and stay there.
Steven L. Miranda - Director of Special Projects
Hailing from New Bedford, Massachusetts, Steven Miranda comes to Treatment Solutions Network with the work experience and life history of an American hero, and we are truly grateful to have him aboard.
Steve recently retired from the Massachusetts Department of Corrections where he spent the last 22 years of his life pioneering new programs and saving lives as the Director of their Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program services 5,200 employees, family members and retirees. As a loyal member of the Massachusetts Correction Officers Federated Union (MCOFU), Steve knows a thing or two about solidarity and brotherhood, which makes him a perfect fit for the Treatment Solutions Network philosophy.
While Steve's exemplary work record, countless work-related accolades and commitment to serving his fellow man are indicative of his character; it is his commitment to family that makes him that much more special. While a great deal of his passion for helping others battle addiction comes from his heart, the fact that he lost his brother to addiction has made him a superhero for the cause. This drive is exactly why Treatment Solutions Network entrusted Steve with the task of bringing the Treatment Solutions Network tools to professionals throughout the United States.
Widely known as a wonderful husband, father, coach and over the hill athlete, Steve has been happily married for over 18 years with two incredible kids, Steve Miranda is an exceptional addition to the team and we are lucky to have him.
Elizabeth S. Blackburn - Treatment Consultant
Elizabeth (Betty) Blackburn responsibilities lie in the Special Projects division of Treatment Solutions Network. To promote addiction education and provide outreach, Betty networks with and is a liaison to parent support groups and schools around the country. Betty has been in the nonprofit sector for many years, working at The Spurwink School, a school serving the needs of children with emotional and behavioral disorders. She also has been involved in the addiction community for many years and is an independent professional interventionist, who is certified in the Family Meeting Approach. Betty is a member of the MA/RI Chapter of EAPA.
Deborah Casale - Treatment Consultant
Like some of Treatment Solutions Network's most influential executives, Deborah Casale was born and raised in Rhode Island, where there is no shortage of amazing people. Deborah is one of those individuals that will go to any length to help someone in need, which is why she is a perfect fit for the Treatment Solutions Network.
Deborah's humility is a beautiful thing and the fact that she brings that quality to everything she does makes her a powerful force in the field of addiction. While teachable, Deborah is working to add to her list of certificates by pursuing her LADC, so she can continue to give the help and support back to the community that saved her life.
With 3 children and 2 grandchildren, Deborah's passion for family is rivaled only by her passion for helping the sick and less fortunate. Her life is consumed by 'giving back' so free time is difficult to imagine, however, on those rare days when she gets some personal time, you will probably find Deborah meditating along the beach. We are happy to have her.
Teresa May - Treatment Consultant
Teresa has held positions in various capacities in alcohol and drug treatment as well as psychiatric treatment. She holds several degrees and has a diverse background including management, sales, and marketing. Teresa has much compassion for people dealing with addiction or mental health issues and enjoys being part of a team that helps people rebuild their lives. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing golf.
Vincent Ceraso - Treatment Consultant
Vincent has been with Treatment Solutions Network since November 2006. His specialty is working with Unionized workforces. He is a retired airline worker and remains a proud, dues paying member of the Machinists Union (IAMAW), Local Lodge 1776. Vincent is a consultant to the union's Members Assistance Program and recently was elected to serve on the Executive Board as the Lodge's Political Director. He also is Labor Director of the Executive Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of EAPA. Vincent has been in the treatment field for more than 15 years, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services, and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Substance Abuse Professional, a Critical Incident Stress Management Consultant and a Certified ARISE Interventionist. Vincent and his wife, Christine, have been married 15 years and have three children.
David Stup - Treatment Consultant
Born and raised in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area, David joins our team with a wide-ranging background in healthcare and marketing. Along with his extensive field experience, David is armed with an impressive education in business that he attained while attending both Loyola University and Towson University.
David has also earned the title of Treatment Solutions Network's 2010 Employee of the Year.
Jill Pulvirent - Treatment Consultant
Born and raised in New York, Jill Pulvirent brings a healthy dose of street smarts and book smarts to Treatment Solutions Network. It takes a certain type of warrior to navigate the streets of New York City safely, but someone who can thrive as a New Yorker and earn degrees from both New York University and George Washington University is a force to be reckoned with.
As a Treatment Consultant for Treatment Solutions Network, Jill will be putting her extensive education and hands-on experience to work immediately. As a member of both NASW & NAADAC, there is no question that Jill is at the top of the addiction professional scale and we are honored to have her on the team.
Jill is trained CBT, DBT and the ARISE Model of interventions she has also achieved both SAP & LCSW certifications. Jill is currently receiving a post-masters certificate from New York University, the most impressive thing about her is the fact that she has the time to balance all of the amazing work she does in the addiction field with being an incredible mother of two. She may have experience in virtually every area of treatment and directed top programs in the past, but saving lives and raising them simultaneously is what makes Jill truly special.
Katia Stuart - Treatment Consultant
Born and raised in St. Thomas U.S.V.I., Katia Stuart comes to Treatment Solutions Network with an exceptional attitude, hands-on experience in the field of recovery, an impeccable education and fluency in both English and French. It is easy to see why we are so proud to have her on the team.
Katia graduated with high honors from William Paterson University and the only thing more impressive than that is the fact that she was able to quickly pay all of her student loans back. Katia has life-saving skills in her blood with direct ties to the French Fire Department Union officials. While her lineage is impressive, it is the passion for helping those in need that makes her an ideal Treatment Consultant for Treatment Solutions Network.
She is an incredible mother, accomplished flautist and a Red Cross volunteer – a true inspiration. Katia a wonderful addition to the team - we are lucky to have her and look forward to hearing her perform at all Treatment Solutions Network events.
Gary Cashel - Treatment Consultant
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Gary Cashel brings more than just an impressive education to Treatment Solutions Network. Gary has over thirty years of experience in the substance abuse treatment and EAP field, which means that it is safe to say that he has shaped the way the EAP process works today.
Gary earned his Bachelors degree in Alcohol Education from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois and later received a Masters Degree in Counseling from Webster University in St. Louis. To most, his academic accomplishments are impressive enough, however, Gary also served as the Director of Anheuser-Busch EAP in St. Louis, which is beyond impressive and one of the many reasons that Treatment Solutions Network is honored to have Gary as a member of our team.
As a treatment consultant for Treatment Solutions, Gary will put all of his past experience to work as he continues to save lives by helping those in need find a recovery solution. As a soccer fanatic, former club team coach and collegiate soccer player, it is Gary’s ability to work with a team that makes him the ultimate asset to our company. On top of all of these accomplishments Gary is a husband and father of two wonderful children.
Jamie Alessandrine - Treatment Consultant
Born & raised in the streets of South Philadelphia Jamie came to Treatment Solutions Network in 2007, he started his career as a chemical dependency technician at one of the facilities in our network. This experience has provided him with invaluable intimate knowledge of the daily operations of this program as well as the many challenges that our clients face on a daily basis.
From his own personal experience Jamie knows how important it is to find the right kind of help. One of the Intake Coordinators for Treatment Solutions Network provided Jamie and his family with the help they needed in the past and he has never looked back. In recovery now himself, Jamie does for others what was once done for him. Jamie has also shown a propensity in the social media field. Jamie began a Facebook Group called There is Always Hope were he connects with members & friends all over the world in recovery or the industry, sending daily messages of inspiration.
Melissa McCarthy - Treatment Consultant
Born and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland, Melissa McCarthy comes to Treatment Solutions Network with tremendous focus, relentless drive and an incredible work ethic.
Melissa graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Public Relations and a Certificate in Sports Marketing and Communication. As a Tar Heel, her athletic prowess is what set her apart. Receiving a full, 5-year athletic scholarship to play lacrosse for the UNC, Melissa was a 2-time All-ACC selection and Carolina’s Rookie-of-the-Year. She helped the Tar Heels reach a # 1 ranking for the first time since the program’s inception. It is easy to see why we are so grateful to have Melissa as a Treatment Consultant for Treatment Solutions Network.
Following her athletic career, she moved on to gain tremendous professional experience while working in global business development for the National Basketball Association. Melissa would tell you that, despite all of her academic and athletic accomplishments, being a mother to her daughter Fallon is what she is most proud of.
Juan E. Lesende - Clinical Oversight
Juan has over 20 years experience in the substance abuse treatment field and is in charge of developing new protocols and projects for Treatment Solutions Network. Juan also provides clinical support in client contacts, referral contacts, facility clinical staff, and company systems.
He has a master's degree in psychology. Also, he completed the course work of a doctoral program, in clinical psychology, and wrote a doctoral level dissertation that outlines a system of psychotherapy founded on the latest research in the field of evolutionary psychology and the cutting-edge body of research in the functioning of the unconscious mind.
However, his true education is grounded in the Human Potential Movement. The HPM arose during the 1960's. A movement that existed in the boundary of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality.
This movement attracted mavericks from academia, teachers of spiritual traditions, and artists, poets, and world free-thinkers to its Mecca, Esalen Institute, in Northern California. Juan's mentor, John Heider, was a leader, and teacher, there. Juan's work continues this tradition.
Julie DeLuca - Client Advocate Liaison
Julie has over 14 years of experience in recovery and has her Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has over 17 years of business office experience.
Julie works in the Clinical Oversight Department participating in our client follow up process.
She also assists with other Clinical Oversight functions, and various new projects that come up. Julie has a knack for getting things done right the first time, and to that end she does whatever it takes to help our fast growing company meet its daily needs.
Julie is married and has a little boy. Recovery and her family are most important and she enjoys spending time with them as much as possible!
Jason Wheeler - Client Advocate Liaison Supervisor
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jason joins our team with a well-rounded skill set that affords him the tools to excel in many areas. While Jason was educated in Florida, it is the life experience he has picked up along the way, which makes him a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network.
With over a decade of sobriety, Jason has pretty much seen it all inside and outside of the rooms. His own personal back-story brought him the humility to find a better way; however, it is his experience with Narcotics Anonymous that has given him the tools to lead others to sobriety.
It is this particular experience that makes Jason an ideal Client Advocate Liaison for Treatment Solutions Network. In this role Jason will be able to help others find the right path and stay there.
Kris Munro - Support Resource Manager
Born in Santiago Chile and raised in Florida, Kris Munro comes to Treatment Solutions with a wide life perspective. While he has extensive experience in the kitchen, his tremendous personality is what makes him a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network.
Kris has worked virtually every job in the recovery field and that experience along with his personal life experience gives him the perfect base for becoming a very successful employee for Treatment Solutions Network.
His outside the box thinking and open mind are valuable tools for his position, but it is Kris' overwhelming passion and ability to adapt that provides him with the tools necessary to find the ideal solution for everyone he meets.
Kris is motivated by the opportunity to help others the way he was once helped along the road to recovery. Those kinds of lessons cannot be taught.
Drew Kuchta - Assessment and Placement Lead Supervisor
Born and raised in Connecticut, Drew Kuchta comes to Treatment Solutions Network with a powerful will to help people struggling with drugs and alcohol find the success he has personally found in sobriety. While he has experience in the field, his excellent communication skills are what make him a perfect fit for Treatment Solutions Network.
Drew's experience with younger addicts and their families while working at a prominent Texas facility, along with his personal life experience gives him the perfect base for becoming a very effective Admissions Coordinator for Treatment Solutions Network.
Drew's parents instilled in him an incredible work ethic, which will undoubtedly serve him well in life, but it is his willingness to learn that makes him an ideal member of the Treatment Solutions Network team.

The son of an educator, Devin has always appreciated continued education, he attended the Catholic University of America and is currently enrolled at The Academy for Addiction Professionals, which is what made him a natural fit for the Treatment Solutions Network.

Born and raised in beautiful Brazil, and educated at the prestigious Catholic University in Brazil, Virna Moretti comes to Treatment Solutions Network with an exceptional skill-set, which makes her incredibly valuable to the team.
The fact that Virna has already mastered English, Spanish and the most difficult language spoken today, Portuguese, makes her a communication asset we are proud to have. Sarah Kuehn - Intake Coordinator
Born in Colorado and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Sarah Kuehn comes to Treatment Solutions Network with a fresh perspective and a strong artistic background, which makes her a wonderful fit for the Treatment Solutions Network team.
Sarah studied art at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and Florida Atlantic, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. As an award winning artist with an amazing attitude and communication skills, Sarah will undoubtedly be an asset to our team.

Douglas Paradise - Intake Coordinator
Born in Highland Park, IL, Douglas Paradise brings more than a perfect last name to Treatment Solutions Network. Mr. Paradise is an exceptional human being with an academic background to match. Not only did Douglas excel at the University of Miami and earn a BA in Psychology, but also is pursuing his CAP Certification at the Academy for Addiction Professionals.
As an Intake Coordinator for Treatment Solutions Network, Douglas is in a perfect position to apply both his personal addiction experience and Psychology background to a job that will certainly utilize both strengths. Douglas' great attitude and ability to make people feel at ease made him a perfect fit for the position.

Aside from being the proud mother of 3 amazing daughters and recently becoming a grandmother for the second time, Marijon's Grandfather was one of President Nixon's top Colonels at the United States Pentagon. Grace Bechtel - Intake Coordinator
Born and raised in South Florida, Grace Bechtel comes to Treatment Solutions Network with an impressive academic background, incredible life experience and a family history that is remarkable.
Aside from excelling at Florida Atlantic University – where she earned a BS in Psychobiology, Grace is a direct descendant of Thomas Jefferson. With family lineage and history like that, it is easy to see what makes Grace such an impressive addition to the Treatment Solutions Network team.
Grace donates her time to organizations which help people who are mentally or physically disabled. Grace manages all of this while still enjoying, and excelling at her passion of riding horses. Grace has won numerous awards in the sport of horseback riding, including Grand and Reserve Champion in the Hunter/Jumper field of riding.
Grace’s hard work and high energy coupled with her compassion for others make her a perfect fit for a Treatment Solutions Network Intake Coordinator.

David comes to Treatment Solutions Network with a true passion for compassion. Hailing from Brooklyn, New York David’s parents instilled in him early in life the value of family.
