Our Mission

The mission of Treatment Solutions Network is to provide every individual we come in contact with the opportunity to achieve a better way of life through recovery. If the individual is seeking treatment for a substance abuse or a dual diagnosis problem, our goal is to find services which match their needs and can realistically be obtained with their resources. We will strive to educate all who are involved as to how the individual can best be treated. Our primary purpose is to find help for anyone who comes to us.

Our Company Philosophy

The primary purpose of AJG Solutions INC (D.B.A. Treatment Solutions Network) is to help those seeking treatment for drug or alcohol dependencies as well as dual diagnosis‘ obtain these services as quickly as possible. We believe in the disease concept of addictions. We believe everyone seeking help deserves to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their available resources. We place a high premium on customer care and providing quality services to all whom we come in contact with.

We seek to be sensitive to the needs of all our employees and to provide a safe and healthy work environment. We want to inspire creative independent work products among ourselves. We also believe in and promote personal growth and enrichment for everyone involved in the company.

We want all the people we work with: Clients; Facilities; EAPs; Families; Insurance Companies; Vendors; et al. to feel as though they were benefited both professionally and personally by their contact with us.

Our Core Values

Below are the principles which we strive toward for all of the work we produce at Treatment Solutions Network. We embrace these values as the embodiment of who we are, why we exist and what we try to achieve through each endeavor we undertake. From placing clients in treatment, developing treatment programs, our educational initiatives, to how we communicate with the public these values are the thread that holds everything together.

1. A culture of self motivated execution. (We are not of the opinion that micro management is effective, every employee is an executive. Each person is expected to keep themselves motivated and working towards solving problems within their individual sphere of influence).

2. Perseverance and Commitment to finding the solution. (Can‘t is not in our vocabulary. We find a way when all others may have failed).

3. Compassion (By the very nature of what we do empathy is a must. Our mission is to ultimately relieve suffering).

4. Honest, Direct, Respectful, Communication (No relationship can flourish without communication we commit to speaking the truth in love to our clients and ourselves).

5. Approachability and Accessibility. Be Real (We don‘t have the time or the patients to play games of masks and pretension. The mission is too critical).

6. Loyalty to each other and the company (Am I my brother‘s keeper? Yes I am. We support each other and watch each other‘s backs. Our mission is the most important thing).
